2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and display name.

Workout progress

Your workout progress (completed days, XP points, badges) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and optionally synced to our servers if you are logged in. We use this data solely to provide and improve the service.

Usage data

Like most websites, our servers automatically log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance monitoring only.

3. Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies for:

• Authentication – to keep you logged in between sessions.
• Google AdSense – to display relevant advertisements to non-premium users. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.

Premium members do not see advertisements.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@absinthirtydays.com.

Local workout progress stored in your browser can be deleted at any time using the "Reset Progress" option on the Progress page, or by clearing your browser's localStorage.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.
